Why I Failed, but I'm not a Failure.

You know what happened this weekend,

smores, and staw-ber-itas and miller lites, and sweet sweet hot dogs on rolls with Ray's magical dipping Sauce, do yourself a favor buy that stuff. I wont even judge you if you eat it directly out of the bottle.

DAMN!

I fell, and I fell HARD.

But you know what, SHIT HAPPENS, it's a new week, and I'm back baby!

Last week I amazed myself at my will power. I mean I went out to ice cream, and out to lunch and didn't cheat at all! I busted my ass working out, and felt amazing. My measurements showed a difference (I'll share the results at the end of the 30 days) and I'm STILL proud of myself and damn those smore's were good.

So I started over today, I meal planned I shopped accordingly and I'm going to rock this week. Especially since this Saturday is the big race! In 5 days I will be doing things like this

and this...

and hopefully not peeing my pants if when I get shocked by these awesome wires...

All those people look happy right??

  2. I need to take a shower just after seeing those race pics haha.

I have thought the same exact thing before: Just because I "failed" doesn't mean failure...there's things we HAVE to learn along the way and that's just part of the process! Sometimes the biggest part of the journey is learning to let go and move on! http://www.thecarbmonster.com/2013/05/learning-and-letting-go.html

  3. Atta girl! That can-do attitude is what it's all about. We all slip up but not letting that little slip up take us down for days or weeks on end is key. Good job, chica! Thanks for linking up.

  5. New follower here. :)

OKay, once in a very blue moon screw up like this...allowed. We all are, after all, human. I don't know you at all, so I don't know if this is a frequent fall from grace, or truly now a rare occurrence. If it's truly rare, meh. If it's not, I'll whop you the next time it happens! LOL My biggest fear for you is that you haven't set yourself on that slippery slope where it takes days or even a week to lose the cravings, you know?
